In September, the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA) launched a performance rating app for short-term asbestos removal operatives: the Asbestos Labour Feedback App (ALFA).
Asbestos removal contractors can now rate the performance and behaviour of site operatives with the app.
It will allow contractor members to rate the performance and behaviour of operatives supplied by ARCA labour supply members.
