TSE Health & Safety Case Study with UK Charity
A large charity in the UK needed help to implement Health and Safety standards throughout its premises. The sites included schools, drug rehabilitation centres and hostels.
The charity and TSE Solutions Ltd decided the best way forward was to implement a mentor scheme. The idea being that eventually the client would be able to conduct their own ‘ in house’ Health and Safety services for the organisation.
This involved the consultant training the mentee in practical ways to implement Health and Safety systems throughout the organisation. This included going on site visits with the mentee and helping him learn how to conduct inspections and how to spot hazards and risks, etc.
The mentee also continues to makes full use of our Health and Safety advice line, as a sounding board to help ensure he is making the correct decisions for the organisation.
